nation ~ As a matter of interest, when you live somewhere so very beautiful do you ever take it for granted? I know it can happen, sometimes here it is not until we take visitors to see some really beautiful spots it re-opens our eyes.

Dimpz. I'm going to put up some pics of where I came from in England. After 28 years , I can say I've never been homesick for UK, which I guess means, I don't take NZ for granted ! Love the place every day !

Lovely pics thanks Nation. It is ages since we have been up your way. I have two sisters in the North Island but they tend to come "home" to visit us. We will have to make more of an effort to re-visit some of these places.

Nation, you are not helping my homesickness!! Glad you posted them though. Spent lots of holidays up north and in Rotorua where my dad now lives.
