Did you try reformatting in the camera instead of the card reader? This is the only way to be sure that the format (FAT 16 or FAT 32) is what the camera is prepared to read.

The card should be reformatted each time you empty it. If you just "delete" files, there is a good chance that you will leave "pieces and parts" behind. Enough of these will produce read problems.

If you still have problems after formating, call Lexar (they have a web site). I have 6 of their 128 memory sticks and have never had a problem.
