Helen: I didn't think the price was too bad. For $80 they examined two memory cards, both my daughter's and mine. I'm not much of a photographer so I'm going to stick with the camera I've got. It's my husband who likes electronic toys. Suddenly his camera is too old and too slow for his liking.

I have a 20D as well, but I will be purchasing a 50D for myself for Xmas.

The secret to losing the least amount of photos is to use several smaller cards (1 GB, 2GB, or 4GB depending on your camera), having a place to unload your photos during the trip or have them burned to CD while on tour (I have an 80 GB iPod), and formatting your card IN CAMERA. Do not use a computer to format the card when you're ready to erase it.
