we tried (but failed, got most tho) to get pics of the keys to the rooms as they all had huge key rings attached to them, here in the states we're used to key cards, not actual keys....

Great Idea....taking pictures of the keys. On my last tour the hotel keys varied so much.There were plastic cards,keys with large blocks of wood attached,the old skeleton keys,etc. and the door knobs were interesting also. I should have taken pictures,maybe next time.

I took a few pictures of the rooms. When comparing rooms with fellow travellers on the same tour we came to the conclusion that even though we stayed in the same hotel, each of us had rooms that were quite different.ie size,decor,amenites,toilets etc. Most of these were older hotels.
