We didn't have the Titanic - we had Samson and Delilah and the temple falling down etc.
It was amazingly well done.

I quite like the cooler atmosphere - but if you feel it - I would suggest you take a cardigan/sweater/jumper with you - just in case.
The Titanic is great too - as are the girls ... Cool

Great show at the Mandalay May 23rd, Michael Buble, Andrea Boccelli and others.

Just saw Michael last night at the Santa Barbara, California, Bowl, he's just a terrific entertainer, (Thank you, Canada), Aussies ladies: he's going your way in a few days, not to miss.

Dimpz, I notice that you will be in Las Vegas the afternoon of the 25th September and depart the morning of 27th September. We will be arriving the next day, September 28 for the Trailblazer. It begins and ends in Las Vegas. We plan on spending some more time in Las Vegas at the end of the tour before doing Mexico’s Copper Canyon.

Joe ~ What a pity to miss you by only 24 hours Frowner

We have never visited the U.S. & are greatly looking forward to it. Luckily (for me) a couple of Aussie BBers have given me great tips & advice, which only increases the anticipation. Smiler

Since I mentioned the Barry Manilow concert at the Hilton - every time I turn Cable on - there he is. He must have done 1001 concerts in 101 countries ... Cool

It was entertaining though.

We have found shows in Vegas to be great - it depends on your preferences - music, comedy, magicians - they have it all. We have stayed a various hotels along the strip - our fave would be the MGM grand.
Take the Bus up and down the strip - can't remember the price but is great value - it also takes you to a factory outlet for those who can't resist the shopping.
Tours over the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam are well worth the price.

We saw Michael Buble a year or so ago in Edmonton, I don't care (normally) for his style of singing, but we sure did enjoy it.

Bubble seems to be the next in a line of these singers. Always entertaining though. Harry Connick comes to mind too.

We saw a gr8 show in London - "The Rat Pack" - which I'd recommend. You don't have to be fans but the songs are something. You'll be singing them for days.

Deano, Frank and Sammy. Well worth it if you see it on. I think its still on around the world.

I feel the in-between generation! My mother loves Buble & so does my daughter, I can't stand him! Never could take to the booby-shooby-doo singers Roll Eyes

Would love to see The Rat Pack! Smiler I thought Sammy Davis jnr was a legend.
