Cheddar cheese melted in grits is very tasty!

My Mum always made the biscuits with Bisquick (brand name for flour with other stuff?? already mixed in), same stuff we use to make pancakes and a can of Sausage Gravy (white and clumpy and usually peppery). Taste is ok to me but it's a very "heavy" meal, I'd rather have eggs & potatoes (fried with onion and bell peppers) yum. This dumb daylight savings thing has me all hungry before it's time to eat darn it
