Seems like a stupid question, but I have arranged global roaming for my mobile while doing Scenic Parks Explorer, and will be taking a converter plug for charging batteries etc, but do do need anything else special for mobiles to be charged? I seem to recall another tour I did when someone spent the whoile trip trying to buy a special charger for his mobile.
Any advice would be appreciated

Hi maxie ~ I am from the Hills district too Smiler

Nothing special needed for charging your mobile, just plug your mobile phone charger into the adaptor & away you go! Ummmm I am assuming your phone is tri or quad band? Yes?

And your "provider" will be able to advise.

The "power board" suggestion is appropriate here too (ie take a 4 x PB and an adaptor - and charge more than one thing at a time - eg camera(s); video, phones etc).
