Hi there,

My wife and I are going on the Scenic Parks Explorer trip on the same dates. My name is Don and my wife's name is JoAnn. We will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We are from St. Marys, Pennsylvania. We did a bus trip like this several years ago and we had a great time. Have you ever been to the US before? If you have any questions about the US, I'd be happy to help you out.

We did the Scenic Parks Explorer in May 07 and it was fabulous. You will enjoy it. I posted a tour tale if you are interested under tour tales.

I took this tour last September. Sandra's tour tale was very helpful. The trip was fantastic! I hope you have a wonderful time.

The whole trip was an unbelievable experience, but my favorites were Bryce Canyon and the Grand Tetons. Greg was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He has a geology background and gave us a lot of important information. For me as an American, Mount Rushmore at night was inspiring. They have veterans come to the stage and they honor them. It was very moving! Each day was full of awesome scenery and beautiful photo shots. I took over 600 pictures! As I mentioned before Sandra's tour tale was a great preview. She also had Greg as her tour guide. I am sure you will enjoy this trip. It can get a little tiring because you are up early every day, but it is well worth it.

Well Don...only 5 weeks to go now until our tour and I cant wait..I will be staying on in Vegas until 7th August with an overnight at the Grand Canyon West Ranch. I am a liitle disappointed the Elvis show has been cancelled for the evening we arrive....would have been a great way to get my holiday off and running. But I look forward to meeting and getting to know you and your wife JoAnn.
Take care and I will see you both in 5 weeks time

I thought Scottish Haggis was the best thing since sliced bread, can't wait to try fried skunk - is it available on line?. Actually hedgehog tartare is my favourite - you should try it sometime.
