I was booked to go on American West Adventure in oct this tour was my plan b and I had not had the time to get a plan to the back up this one! My T.a has suggest a few options one does not suit one is ok but its with a another tour group that I have not heard of this particular company. Dont want to just leave to my t.a(I had to tell her my tour was cancelled) any ideas you have would be most helpful!

What is wrong with going with another company, TT would realise they will lose business by this move. Before TT I toured with other companies in the US all now gone. If you cannot afford to upgrade to 1st class, have a look at what else is on offer.

Cheers
Spooky

Sorry about your trip Sazzy. The American West is spectacular and I hope you find something. We can't name tour companies so as you know you probably won't get much help here.
Reading your post, I would start with a new Travel Agent. My TA knows about most of the tour companies and if she doesn't, she will find out.

Sazzy, sorry your plan B was upset also. Years ago we travelled around the west on a tour. We took my parents who were in their 70's also our son who was 6yrs. We all had a wonderful time and given the diversity of ages our group had we could not have wished for better. One word of advice always do an English only tour. October is nice weather in USA when we have been there. As advised go find another TA and get lots of brochures, I'm sure you will find something suitable as it's not to be missed.

Sassy when next you can visit the TA and get every USA brouchure that is going. Search sites on the net often you can order brochures online. There will be plenty similar to choose from so have fun and readup and research all you can. Pity only one TA. Town close by with more to choose from or to check out for another perspective? You have plenty of time.
