How can we be sure that a tour will have a comfortable, safe coach? We recently experienced an awful coach being used by a very reputable tour company (not TT) and NEVER want that to happen again------tour was all it promised BUT the equipment was way below our expectations!

Best way is just to receive comments from others on this BB who have taken tours with TT.
We have taken four separate tours and have never had any problems whatsoever with the conditions of the coaches. Every night the drivers always seemed to clean them up of any trash anyone may have left. In fact, I beleive the drivers take pride in the shape of their own coaches. |

We travelled on three tours this year, one in America, one in Britain and one in Europe. On all tours, the coaches were well maintained, cleaned every nigt, and driven by competent drivers(the champion was Richard who, with Tom, took us on our National Parks explorer tour in May

I took a TT tour to Arizona last March and the bus that was used was a modern, up-to-date bus. If a person is short-legged, like myself, the driver would turn the key, press a button and the front end of the bus would lower so that the person could get on without any difficulty. It's just like alot of the buses on the European tours that TT uses. The only difference on the tour buses in the US is that it doesn't have a side door towards the back like the European buses have. Hope this has answered your inquiry. |
