Hi- Family trip planned for Quebec for 5 days beginning 21 Aug. We are booked for 2 nights at the Hilton in Montreal/Laval and want to book something for one night in the Mont Tremblanc/Laurentian area. Any suggestions? Would like to spend around $100 usd for the night. Also, which sights offer the best rates for booking hotels in Canada. Any comments on the Montreal Hilton would also be appreciated. Thanks much.

Although I don't live in Montreal, I've visited several times, and their bed and breakfasts are adorable...they're cozy, clean, and have all the anemities of hotel rooms (private bath, cable TV, phone), and are plentiful in availability. The average price is 100 CAD per night, with a hot breakfast included.
I'm not familiar with hotels in Montreal, but I imagine it will cost an average of 150 - 200 CAD per night. In terms of websites, try Expedia.ca. Also, search google.com for Montreal accomodation |
