We are planning a trip to Alaska (Discover Alaska - 10 days) in August. Would love to hear from anyone re this trip. Re: optional tours or any advice. Thanks

I have not read about this tour, but would encourage you to travel to Alaska. It's very beautiful, big and open. I would also hope that the tour goes inland and not just a cruise. Just being there gives a new meaning to being alive. The people are friendly, and the food, as you would expect it hearty.

This is a land tour only, but will take a day trip to see the glaciers. Thanks a lot for your info.
