Hi! I just got back from the same tour that you are going on. I thought you might like a few tips. First, the weather in London and Paris is very similar, so make sure you have a raincoat. An umbrella is useless because of the wind. Bring a light sweater for the mornings/times when it isn't rainy. Also, you only need shorts in Rome, so don't bring more than you need. For Paris and London bring capris and a pair of long pants. If you don't know any French, then you will need a mini French book-try Rick Steves phrase book. The people in Rome often speak English, so an Italian phrase book isn't needed. Bring one nice outfit, you will need it if you go on any of the optional dinners. If you have any clothes that can be dressed up or down then those will be good to bring. Here's one last tip- if you picked the cost saver trip be prepared for tight quarters on the overnight train. If you're going first class then ignore the previous sentence.
