Doesn't look like it. I guess all things come to those who wait, and if they don't, we do it the old way.

I thought they had completely done away with it, but did a search and came up with this, which obviously isn't from very long ago:

Saki and Purvis,

The Express Check-in is just an online version of the form you receive on the bus when you depart on tour. We are experiencing difficulties with it now because of the change-over from the old booking system to the new one. However, it seems that work should be completed on it by the end of the week (fingers crossed).

Once it is complete then a note describing the service will go out with the tour documents that you receive before you leave. It is not compulsory and you will continue to be able to fill in the same form by hand when you arrive for the tour departure.

Kind Regards

Express check-in has never worked for me. The TD still asks you for all the same information on arrival even if you have provided it online. The same is true for Insight.

Oh, that's what it is! Thanks! Given that it takes about 5 minutes to fill in, and you do it on the coach, anyway, it's hardly a great loss Smiler.

It's annoying, though, to provide all the passport information, etc., beforehand and then be asked to fill out the form all over again on arrival, when the purpose of the Express Check-in is to take care of that formality ahead of time. Why provide a "service" if you're not going to implement it?
