Hello and a Happy New Year!

If you'd like to comment on the new Trafalgar website, please post your messages here. This will make it easier for us to respond to your queries.

Also, just to let you know our web company is currently working on the speed issue for the tour finder and we will keep you updated on their progress.

Kind Regards

I'm interested in posting a photo (or 2) on the website but do not know how to do this. I'd appreciate any help.

Ash, thanks for attending to the download speed problem. I tried it now and it works like a charm.

PS. As someone already suggested, a list of hotels used by TT would be handy, ideally complete with their addresses (not a pre-req.).

Tour prices:
Note I am viewing the Website from South Africa and I enter that as my location when I enter the website. I have used two ways to select viewing the various tours on offer ie (1) the quick tour finder and (2) from the destinations menu option. I have no problem with (1) as I get prices in SA Rand (ZAR). When I select the destinations option from the menu, and select the cost saver tours I get the prices quoted in A$

Hello,
We have been checking for the last week on the optionals available for various tours. Any ideas on when they will be posted?

Hello

Thanks for all your feedback we are looking into the various problems.

Hopefully you will all have noticed the improvement in speed and the issue with pricing as mentioned by Philipca has also been fixed, if you do have any further issues with this please let us know.

With regards to the information on 'Optionals' available for tours, this is currently being loaded and will be done by next week.

Hope you all have a good weekend!

Ash

Hi Ash

I still can't find the tour we're going on in June - European Discoverer. Is the list of tours still incomplete?

TTWeb, When I open up "Meeting friends - after you travel - stay in touch" no topics appear despite the BB front page saying there are 154 topics and 553 posts.

Hi Dragons,
It's up on mine at 1940 Sydney time. Try rebooting to see if it's there now.

Hi Sandi, I've found the problem, fixed it and it's now working fine.

What was the problem? Dumb me, that was the problem. Two days ago, when I was in a bit of a hurry, I changed the settings so as to only show posts from the last two days but then forgot to change it back again before I logged off. Since the last post was 21 December................ of course nothing would show up.

As I said, Dumb me. Frowner Frowner Frowner

Hi Ash

Great currency is fixed, I think it a positive step that the Web department is responding to the problems so quickly.
