Trafalgar Web Department:

1. Are you setting up an "email trafalgar" on
the new web site, or will this board be the
way to contact Trafalgar with questions ?

2. Wasn't there a sweepstakes drawing on
December 31 2004 ?

Christine

Ash

When you enter the Tour Finder - you get a page of up to 20 matches.
I scrolled down to the bottom - the entry I want is not there.
But I have to scroll back up to the top to get the next page.

Can we have Next / Previous options at the bottom of the page please?

Ash,

The itinerary for the Cossack Explorer suggests that the tour starts and ends in Berlin - and includes Copenhagen and Stockholm with the ship from Stockholm to Helsinki.

But the map shows the tour as it used to be - start and end in Frankfurt - with the ship leaving from Rostock.

Many thanks for your comments and feedback. We are looking into these and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi Gamica

The last sweepstake for the USA was in October and the winner was C.Moya from Florida. It was posted on the old Trafalgar website. If you have another inquiry please send an email to Trafalgar via the contact us page of the website.

Kind Regards

TTWeb,

You've done a great job fixing the speed problem that I encountered with the new website. If every company responded with such great customer service what a wonderful world this would be. Great customer service and world peace... at least with Trafalgar we've got the great customer service ... maybe we should let them take the lead in world peace.

Trafalgar Web Department...

Reminder:
Maps are still way too small: 2 1/2 inches to 3 1/4 inches when clicked on is not much. See the Insight web page and copy what they do relative to maps and clicking on them.

Hello

Just a quick update of where we are at with your enquiries.

We are working on the map issue, however it will take a while as there is much work involved - for our many different regions, so please bare with us.

The European Discoverer is still missing from the tour finder, this has been logged with our web company as an error.

If you wish to email Trafalgar go to www.trafalgar.com - About Us (footer navigation) and click on the Contact Us link. Please send all your questions to Trafalgar via this form (if they don't relate to functionality of the new website).

Kind Regards

Ash

Could you have a look at the Options section. I am on the European Festival tour and can only access part of the Options both on screen and print. Missing the options for Rome, Paris etc. Thank you

Hi Ash. I now think the new website is fantastic! Just a minor thing - when I enlarge the map for the Grand European it is not the same as the smaller one (it shows the tour ending in Paris instead of London). As I would like to print out an enlarged copy, it would be great if this could be fixed. Many thanks.
