Can any previous cruiser who has been on the river royale tell me what toiletries are provided in the bathroom? Coming from down under the less we have to bring the better.
Lucky you, the River Royale seems very nice, it should have toiletries, like every other ship, if not, or not sufficient, I am sure they have shops on board to buy what you need. Or on your first stop. Where are you going? which river?, I hope you tell us about it, have a great trip.
Thank you Californian. We are going on the Rhone river trip Provence and Burgundy for one week in September, catching a train from Arles to Venice staying a couple of days and then doing a two week Med cruise. We planned to do it for ages but life kept getting in the way, so we finally decided it was a good way to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. My husband is Japanese, I am a New Zealander and back in 1963 they all said it would never last!!! I will be keeping a journal of our trip so ifyou think people would be interested in reading our experience on the Rhone river cruise I'll be happy to post it after we return.
Yes, please Kiwiinkim, keep a journal and tell us about it, congratulationes on your wedding anniversary, what a nice trip you 've planned...everything looks great, I am curious about the Rhone river cruise, want to do a tour of the region one of these days, this one seems very interesting, have a great trip.
