Hi Kathy,

You will love this trip. It is not very strenuous. I am the greatest Kiwi couch potato ever when i'm home so was a little apprehensive about the walking but to my surprise it was easily done. The walks we did were very liesurely. We had a lady with a stick and she did very well. My hubby is in his 50s with a chest complaint and he also managed it easily. It is a great tour and I did not find it too long at all when we did it last year. Any questions please ask. I would be happy to answer them if I can.
