Does anyone know if this tour runs in February.
We will be in Louisville in Feb. next year for a trade show and I am looking at a tour to take either before or after. At the moment no dates seem to appear when I click on the details. In 2008, the tour started in May and will go through October. I grew up in Upstate NY and the winters are harsh so that is likely why the tour doesn't start till May.
The West Coast will have the Trailblazer, Californian, and Western Discover in February 2009. |

Thanks RebeccaM, I thought this might be the case.
We have been in NY when there was a blizzard in Feb and airports were shut down. Will keep looking and keep options open. The only way of discovering the limits of possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible (Arthur C. Clarke) |

We've done this one rmcrf - really awesome.
Ask if you need to know anything. (Oops - this is the one through Washington, Amish area, Niagra - across Canada and back through Boston ?). Mike Take the Road Less Travelled |

I did this tour in May this year and it was the first tour of the season. As mentioned above, the weather does not permit it to run any earlier.

Thanks - will keep looking - may just visit NY, LV, SF as we have done previously.

Another option for you would be to pick a few cities like you suggested and explore those. There are always local tour companies. Washington, D.C. is very easy to navigate with public transportation. AMTRAK could take you from there to Philadelphia to New York City to Boston.

Winter on the East Coast can be pretty nasty in Feb. If you haven't already visited them, I would recommend spending some time in some of the beautiful southern cities, Savannah, Georgia, and Charlestown, South Carolina come to mind.

Thanks everyone for your input - we have been to this trade show for the past couple of years - previously it was held in Nashville.
I usually pick a few other cities to visit and last time went to New Orleans, Orlando, Memphis. We usually stop at Vegas on the way back to LA as this breaks up a long trip home. Previously have also visited Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, New York. The only way of discovering the limits of possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible (Arthur C.
