Hi,found after alot of searching a clip wallet (brand name Austin House)a travel selection stand in local chemist.Katmandu knew nothing about them or many bag shops I went to.It's wonderfully light and the clip seems firm and I dont believe it will be bulky with skirts and pants. Thanks again everyone if it wasn't for this forum I wouldn't have heard about Clip wallets like the one I bought at all.Countdown now only 19 days!!Cheers Janine

Janine: That's the one! It's very handy, and you can access your $$$ without having to undress in public. Smiler

I have used the neck pouch in the past, but did not like the feeling of it around my neck. Over the weekend, I purchased the Clip Wallet from the local travel shop and I think this will work great for my upcoming trip to London.

Janine: where did you find that - it looks exactly what I'm looking for. Do you know if I can get it online?

The first time I used my clip wallet was last year in France. I was showing it to other people on my tour and announced without thinking "if anyone wants my valuables, they have to get into my pants". Good thing I don't blush. Smiler

I have just ordered two of these clip wallets from Austin House on line. I hope they arrive "down under".

For the ladies out there, I found instructions for a small, removable money pocket to make for your bra. It's only big enough to keep some money in, but small and discrete. If something ever happened, at least you would have a few bills tucked away! It's on www.sewing.about.com

Thanks Caitie. I have had confirmation that the order has been sent, so fingers crossed.

On the other hand, perhaps I don't really want them to come by the conventional route. A rendeavous in France to accept your assistance could be attractive to us both! Big Grin
