Lets just say it is marketed to the Australian Trafalgar traveller or Paul will close us down.

We can now buy both Vegemite and Marmite in our local grocery store. I tried Vegemite once, ages ago and found it rather shocking in taste.

Now that I am older and my tastebuds are more "mature" maybe I'll try it again and see what all the excitement is about. I recall it tasting like a beef boullion cube.

Shannon try vegemite with cheese. It is lovely. Unfortunately full of salt. My grandchildren love these sandwiches.

Dragons, I guess that what Sanitarium are basically claiming is that they are first to have produced the original version of Marmite here in Australia and not internationally.

I also was pointing out that I agreed with Chris that Marmite was the first before Vegemite.

But as the story goes - God made Adam first - then He realised His mistakes and got the perfect form when He created Eve.

The same thing with Marmite and Vegemite - the second one is the perfect spread fixing the mistakes of the first made.
